Secure Chain of Custody

ShredderMike's shredding process ensures customer's information is safe every step of the way.

1. Your employees place documents for destruction into a locked container provided by ShredderMike.
   
2. Locked container is picked up by our background checked, insured & bonded employee identitified by a Malvern Group logo shirt. Locked containers are placed in our locked vehicle and transported to our facility.
   
3. Locked container arrives at our facility for same day destruction and container remains locked until the shredding process begins.
   
4. Our shredder renders the documents to "NON-RECONSTRUCTABLE" pieces. The shred size exceeds guidelines from HIPPA & FACTA. Shredded material is sent to a recycler to be made into various paper products.
   
5. A "Certificate of Destruction" is returned to the customer for their record keeping purposes. It contains time of shredding, processor's name, driver's name, date and itemized list of document containers destroyed.
