Document Destruction Process

• Our employees and representatives have been background checked. They understand the confidential nature of your documents and are committed to maintaining appropriate protection to prevent any disclosure of such information. We provide a secure chain of custody. (Company's code of ethics)
  
• We install a locked security container on your premises if requested.
  
• We respond to your location and remove the documents in a safe and secure manner. We provide you with a replacement container and take the locked container to our facility. This pick-up is at a schedule that you request.
  
• The secured documents are transported to our Clearwater facility in a secure vehicle then destroyed.
  
• A "Certificate of Destruction" is issued with the shred date, tech's name, start & end time of shred process, and if requested, specific reference as to what was destroyed. IE type of documents, date span of documents, alphabetical span of documents.

• The shred size is guaranteed to be HIPPA and FACTA compliant and is suggested for most common commercial shredding jobs.
  
• The shredded material is sent to a recycle where it is turned into a variety of paper products. Every 2000 pounds of shredded material saves about 17 trees.
